The Global Guide Alliance was created to provide a gathering place for education and connection for local guides around the world. So often we feel isolated in our profession, limited to fellow guides we know in our cities and regions.
Our principal activity is to host the Global Guide Summit, a virtual conference that provides support, community, education and work opportunities for our industry, making us feel part of a global community of experience givers!
Nikki Padilla Rivera & Mitch Bach are industry peers, project partners and friends, who believe in more meaningful tours and a world where the guide profession is revered and respected throughout the industry.

Nikki works on an array of projects (listed on her site), is Head of Programming at Tourpreneur, and is Director of Brand for Atlas Obscura Adventures.

Mitch runs TripSchool, a global tour guide training school with 3,000 graduates across the globe. He’s also a partner at Tourpreneur, helping tour operators grow their tour businesses.
